One of Nigeria’s top singers, Kizz Daniel has been arrested in Tanzania for failing to appear at a show he was paid to perform.
According to reports, he “blatantly refused to perform due to the unavailability of his gold chains.” He allegedly said that the airline didn’t give him his bag in Uganda and thus the reason why he didn’t perform in the show.
In a video posted online, the “Buga” singer can be seen being escorted from his hotel by security officers into the back of a van.
The show’s owner was very sad and disappointed with Kizz Daniel’s behavior.
Fans of singer Kizz Daniel, who had gathered at his advertised show venue in Tanzania, stormed out and trashed the venue after he failed to show up.

Dozens of his Tanzanian fans took to Twitter to express their displeasure at his behavior, lamenting that people paid up to $5,000 and $10,000 for tables just to see him perform in the show.
This is the third time in 2022 that Kizz Daniel would be called out for failing to show at paid shows.
